That's great and all but we were in a conference that played against "current P5 teams" so it's a little skewed to our favor. But honestly I agree with the sentiment, bring the guys in who already performed in a BCS conference.

Absolutely. Look at some of the former coaches.

Greg Schiano (Rutgers): Stint with TB Bucs as Head Coach (current OSU DC.)

Doug Maronne (Syracuse): Stint with Buffalo Bills as Head Coach.

Brian Kelly (Cincy): Current HC for ND.

Even CJL went to a SB with the 49ers and is now DC for Colorado.

Some good coaches came thru the conference.

I don't know as much about Memphis, but I know UCF has had no shortage of BCS/P5 matchups and for them to have only 7 wins is pretty pathetic.

Yeah I don't understand why the PAC doesn't try to swoop in and pick them up. Houston would grasp at any hands to move up I would think. That way you would really see how serious the B12 Is about expanding to them.
