Yep. Brutal. Freshman mistake but he will get two hands on it next time im sure.

Another casualty of not tackling in a practice…If we truly aren’t tackling in practice

You should make your own opportunities in life and not hope you get lucky and can capitalize on mistakes that may or may not come.

We are up at half, the second half is a toss up, let’s enjoy the ride for the while, seems like it has been a while since we were up at half.   I had no confidence in our ability to drive within FG range in 50 seconds at our own 25 with a true freshman, more bad then good would come from that especially with the momentum in their favor.

Bad football teams find a way to lose. They had all the breaks in the first half and are only up by four

I can’t see the second half going very well for USF again the tackling is terrible.

offensive playcalling is terrible also

i will go one better

the tackling is nonexistent

we get to the ball carrier and fall down

no technique

i really havent seen anything like this at this level

my freshman football team has better tackling skills and we are talking about a secondary  of zuckerman, horowitz, feinstein and schlomo

Or just take the points bc the other offense hasn't moved the ball. Also the only reason they were up on you in the first place is bc you turned it over.

If they went for the TD it was a panic move.

I would say they had a greater than 50 percent chance at converting and at a dead 50 percent 3.5 pts is worth more than 3. They are sitting prettier now with the momentum on their side going into the half, a td would have grabbed that for them while a kick would not. You can’t rely on the kick returner fumbling to grab the momentum for you.

I wasn’t complaining about us I am responding to the response to my assertion they should have went for it and not kicked the field goal.

recruiting defensive guys with speed but no tackling skills is useless

Not so sure, I would take Deion Sanders all day long and he couldn’t tackle a lick

Its the first half...take the points. We don't have a pulse on offense.

I doubt that, the only thing that secondary could tackle is a matzah ball.

I guess I forgot to factor for our typical ineptness and you can’t expect us to continue to get points in atypical ways. Still if we are down 14 I want to see us go for it every time.

Let's get some more turnovers, Bulls.
