Serious question… how does UAB go from getting rid of their football program to building a $200M stadium in a few years?

Maybe the question should be how can UAB, Colorado State, North Texas, FAU all build these stadiums and we haven’t? As I said in other posts, I think we are in put up or shut up moment and the school knows it. There is a good chance the Big12 will add 2-4 more before 2025 season. USF must do everything in its power to be in those additions.
