I don’t base anything on the star belly sneech method of turnkey evaluation. Real coaches develop talent.  I hope ours do.

Yes but I really don’t believe CWT developed Mack or Flowers, sometimes it is best to get  out of the way and let them do what they do.

Selvie was developed as was much of the defense from years past.  Not everyone is a Marlon Mack.

And he was not a five star sneech.

Selvie was a coaching move. He was coached very well as he was recruited for some crazy position (can’t remember what it was…FB?)

Offensive lineman. Not smart to say it was just a coaching move.  But ok. You’re a denier.  The teams were very strong defensively and that was not luck or great recruiting.

I believe I also said he was “coached very well”. So I don’t know what the grumbling is about.

Coaches make decisions and also develop players.  If you’re tipping your hat to the coaches for developing Selvie into an NFL player, then there’s no disagreement.

You are aware that CJS has brought in 40 new players to this team since he got here? Thats almost 50% of the team. The rest of the team has a lot of experience. I also assume those 40 new players may have some kind of positive impact.

We had a bad Pop Warner coaching staff last year...and we still have most of them on staff.
