Oracle says Louis Rowe and Jason Slay are in line to be assistants for CBG. Rowe was head coach at James Madison for several years. Scott Wagers will transition from a bench coach to recruiting coordinator and video review for game planning opponents.

My wife just asked the other day about assistants for MBB and I had no idea.

Thanks for the update.

And I have to say it's great having a wife that asks about USF sports.

I asked him once if he was chasing Jay Wright in that category.

Fo sho, Rowe and Slay, like the names no idea if they can coach their way out of a wet paper bag but I like the vibe.

Last I checked the scoreboard doesn't have a spot for current bank balance on it.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
