It takes a lot more than one to make a great team.  But that only happens with the upper level P5 teams anyway.  Our best hope to hit on mostly 3 star players that not only have potential but will be coached up to their maximum potential.  Jury is still out if we have those coaches.  I personally believe we do, I think we have to throw this past season out for obvious reasons.  Time will tell.  we do need the IPF to help entice even the high end 3 star guys imo.

We did, out of high school. Anyone remember Ryne Giddens? Pepridge Farms 'members.

I hope your right Smazza.....and I agree with you.  I think he will turn this thing around.  Alot of the people here would rather believe the opposite.  After a month of working with a Shrink, they are using their LEFT brain, I'm working on moving to the right brain.

Who would rather believe the opposite?  The last few of us still left on the island want us to win, I would think, if not than what the hell are we doing? Watching this **** show has ran off almost everybody and is nauseating.

Yes, he did it for altruistic reasons as well, always liked him.  The 4th and 30 play that would have ended the game and we rushed two and he got flagged for a hands to the face penalty giving an automatic first down and Temple(I think) drove down and beat us I during the last year of Skippy was painful though.  and he did play at my HS rival as well so maybe not a huge fan but he did love his mom and I respect that a lot.

I guess the difference is when you root for a team that is bad but has a huge following then it is somewhat entertaining to commiserate however if your team is bad and has a small following it is much easier and more satisfying to simply walk away.

****.. why are we still here? It's about like my Nascar fandom... Dale Jr wins were few and far between. Luckily i got to see his old man win his last race at Dega in 2000.
