GAME DAY vs. East Carolina

Following a pair of tough losses to top 15 ranked opponents No. 7 Notre Dame and No. 15 Cincinnati, USF will return to Raymond James Stadium for the first time in nearly a month for the 24th homecoming game in program history. The Bulls have won their last five homecoming games, including 27-23 over BYU last year, and have played ECU twice on homecoming, going 1-1. USF is 14-9 overall on homecoming. The Bulls will welcome fans for the first time on the 2020 season, including 2,000 tickets allotted for USF students. USF posted season highs of 525 yards of total offense and 347 rushing yards in a 45-20 victory at ECU last season.

RAY JAY UPGRADES: Raymond James Stadium underwent $10.4 million in upgrades to mitigate COVID-19 this summer with funds from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES). Upgrades include: touchless features throughout bathrooms, doors and ticket scanning; installation of over 700 hand sanitization dispensers and 50 hand-washing stations, UVC Germicidal Lights installed on ramp and escalator hand rails and in enclosed spaces, enhanced cleaning and sanitzation, fan temperature checks and socially distanced pod seating. Ray Jay is set to host Super Bowl 55 on February 7. It will be the stadium’s third Super Bowl.

TURNOVER LEADERS: The Bulls have collected 7 turnovers on the year to rank 9th in the nation and their four interceptions stand 10th while their three recovered fumbles are seventh. USF is coming off a game at No. 15 Cincinnati in which the Bulls collected four turnovers, including three interceptions vs. junior quarterback Desmond Ridder.

IMPACT FRESHMEN: USF has leaned on several freshman starters in 2020 and many have come up big. Linebacker Mac Harris and safety Chris Townsel both started at Cincinnati and produced interceptions with Harris adding eight tackles and Townsel three. Josh Blanchard and Dustyn Hall have started and played significant minutes on the offensive line.

No that actually went over my head completely, I think that it had to be explained to me made me laugh at it more than if I actually had gotten there by myself. The point for this round of banter goes to you.
