Actually, no they don't. Memphis just finished theirs and we're just trying to get ours of the ground. They started fund raising 9 years ago and broke ground on the complex in 2017 ...... and Memphis has 5 times the Contributions we have. I thought we did, too .... but also thought the ground breaking was due in the Spring and it's not inconceivable that this scourge may have affected it.
