I didn't watch the game.

That's what it has come to. Normally my wife and I clear the dvr off on Thu/Fri night but due to a show at the Straz and work Friday night we couldn't, so I chose to spend Saturday watching recorded tv. I knew watching the USF game would just upset me.

I kept tabs on it on my fine, got the nausea of false hope when I saw us up, like maybe Memphis was going to come out flat like Cinci. Soon I was back in the fan comfort zone of seeing the score tilt against us and continued marching of Memphis down the field.

Saw our D celebrating a sack that didn't matter. That always gets me enraged, like Aaron Lynch celebrating his garbage time plays.

UCF is beatable, they've lost to average teams and faded and barely won against bad teams. Not sure we will do it though.

I maintain Strong is no good, and maintain even if he won us a conference championship we cannot afford the money Harlan gave him. 

We are caught between the Scylla and Charybis and I don't think Kelly is Odysseus.

Even this thread is only 31 pages, for a beat down like this there should be a 50+ page meltdown. Even we, the hardcore, have checked out.

I look forward to the CCS apologists this week.
