Are either of those guys still playing?  And I'm not sure how you took that we're tanking from it's easier to blame poor performance on injury for a young QB than to say he is sucking.   What I'd imagine they were/are doing is saying this guy is the long term answer so we're rolling with him and  expect it to get better with time.

Those people were smart. A guy that has spent decades in the lowest divisions of football and has one option ever to move up in life and its to coach under a head coach that’s seat is on Fire is probably something below the world beater the board wanted to pretend we signed.

Really good coaches “coach up” untalented players.

They also draw up a good scheme, gameplan, etc.

That doesn’t seem to be our deal.

Lol and yet the 17th ranked team in the nation hasn’t yet led in this game with 8 minutes remaining. Sounds reasonable.

You guys want our team to be perfect, and I get it, but you have no idea how to give credit when improvement is shown and that’s a bit frustrating.

I've said we have improved in some aspects including some from McCloud over past couple of games.  I've also said we shouldn't be "improving" to the point of almost being competitive in this conference .  Piss poor coaching over the past 3 seasons is why you're here celebrating almost beating teams instead of expecting us to finish the deal.

Ok, but should I not be satisfied that with the season we’ve had we’re taking a top 20 team down to the wire? Keep in mind our original starting QB has been out most of this season.

You can be satisfied with that, but not everyone is going to be.  I think we should be up by 2 TDs right now, at least.
