I like the rivalry.

Its a real, natural rivalry.

I hate everything about that school.

Go bulls for life!

Nothing says natural rivalry quite like trying to force legislation in order to make it happen.

Classic responses....guys literally say “I’m not reading it”’ then ask why we need each other.

I’ll just await @puc86‘s rebuke, then I’ll know what it said.

There isn’t one argument in the entire article that gives a single reason why we would need each other. He actually makes an argument why keeping it close would be better for both teams than beating the breaks off of one another, we aren’t a team, there is no package deal and it’s impossible for one or any amount of games to make the AAC a nationally relevant conference. The article is a dumb rehashing of dumb arguments made by dumb people that have ignored all reality of the situation throughout the years, this “article” should be a message board posting. I liked him better when he was singing it’s not unusual.

Thanks!

Money. The people paying it out said they will give more of it not to add the likes of us, if ever a time comes where we make a conference more money for it’s current members they willl welcome us with open arms.

We don’t need them to succeed. They will be back to winless seasons in no time, and dragging us down with this talk.

We need to focus on getting out of this conference and be back to winning in the big leagues.

Thanks for confirming we need UCF like we need another hole below the waist.

I agree we take care of business and win and we put ourselves in the best possible position.  But I also don’t think a package deal with two solid teams is a bad thing either, at least in theory.  The problem is now we’re not doing the former, so the latter is our best hope.

Averaging 9 wins a season isn’t good?
