Agree...I think the ACC teams have seen Georgia Tech so much that the novelty from the offense has worn off and the teams are getting use to stopping them.  I think that would be the perfect offense for a team that was independent and not in conference.

My ignorant of football thought has always been that if the triple option worked regularly everyone would do it.
