Is anyone on here relocating their seats for next football season? My group decided to relocate this year to be closer to the USF bench. I received an email on Tuesday saying I would get a phone call today between 3 and 5...yet that didn't happen. Just seeing if anyone else has gotten a call? I've never had an issue with USF Athletics before, but this sort of bothers me.

My appointment was for 11 AM yesterday, no window, and got the call around 12:00 ... may yet call.

Yeah hopefully they will still call tonight. I've had really bad customer service everywhere the last couple of weeks.

That most businesses half ass their customer service departments. I guess expecting businesses to do what they say is asking for too much.

Got our call right at 9am when it was scheduled the first day. 

Just a note to those waiting. With the turnover in the Bulls Club, John Lewis is handling a lot of this stuff.  Charlie made the call to me but then John and he both spoke with me.  They are going by either donor or priority point order.  We wanted to move back to get further under the overhang.  They had some room but there was 1 seat interfering with moving all 6 for us. So they called that person (who wanted to move) and then Charlie called me back to let me know that we were a go.  Moved from Row U to Row Y.
