QF: 10-24 127 yards 2TDs 1 IN

Looked wildly out of sync most of the time. There were a few occasions where Q had a lot of time to throw, and wound up taking off running or throwing it away. Seen this several times this season. Can't tell if the receivers aren't getting open....or if Q just isn't finding them? Most though we had a pretty good group of WRs coming in to the season. It's definitely not being reflected in their numbers. We will need to be firing on all cylinders at some point to win this conference. Any thoughts what exactly the problem is here?

Also, does the coaching staff have any issue with McCants weight? Seems he could/should be about 20 pounds lighter.

Why don't we throw slants?

I guess we need to save the play for the vicious run-up-the-middle attack! :roflmao:

McCants is all muscle and they have no problem with it. He maintains his speed. They just have not figured out how to use him or the tight ends.

Where was Antoine tonight  he seems like the only playmaker at WR  the rest just seem serviceable this year.

Member when we had TE's and we used them in the passing, game.  And running backs, and used them in the passing game.  Or passes that were in between the 1yard bubble screens and the 50 yard bombs.

We have no problem moving the ball. How about stop with the freaking holds on the outside or chop blocks that negate 25 yard plays and we will be fine.

MVS is averaging 4 catches per game, everyone else is averaging less than 2 catches per game. QF is barely above 50% completion percentage on the year. Sooner or later, this will cost us.

If we do that how will I sell the "Chop Block City" t-shirts, flags and coffee mugs I just ordered?

I seriously doubt the problem is WRs getting separation. There was a play where we had two WR on the right hand side run verts and Q missed the throw. On that play, both WR were open. The passing game has no rhythm right now and probably won't until we stop slamming the A gap

Not passing to the TE or RB also play a factor in this. The middle of the field is open a lot also, but we don't use it.
