This play calling is pathetic

The one key problem with the "keeping it vanilla" talk is if that's the case, we aren't even executing the basics. We ran an RPO around the redzone Saturday and the WR never turned around. There were miscommunications on run plays both in the backfield and upfront. This isn't vanilla, this is Sterlin Gilbert. A coach that was a high school OC roughly 5 years ago

CCS philosophy can win but not with our personnel.  I'm on board with that approach just don't waste the talent you were given by Taggart to fit a square peg in to a round hole.  He should have not messed with the offense this year.  Let the coaches learn a new offense not the players and then slowly migrate to your offenset as you get different players in here.

I agree with this point, but I can't think of one time it has ever happend. Maybe in Miami when a coach would leave after a championship.
