Yeah, coach Greg might be taking all this as a positive. On one hand you'd like for the cupboard not to be completely bare, but on the other hand it gives him latitude to grab more schollie-level players. He's got an uphill climb, no doubt about it--hope he earns that pay!

Yeah, you're pretty right.  Nice guy, good student rep.  Soft as balls most of the time, and to me, no better in his last game than in his first. And I really wanted him to grow & become a good player.

Still, I'm a little surprised he left, as he'll be a senior.  You'd think he'd finish in a year & go take a shot at Euro ball.  But maybe he can graduate early & grad transfer?
