What I meant by saying skewed is that USF's MBB program really didn't do anything to earn or contribute to that number, having not made the NCAA tournament in the last 6 year cycle. It's money that USF is entitled to receive because we are in the AAC and happen to field a men's sport, but it really isn't money directly generated by the program in one sense.
