How much does this affect recruiting?

Wasn't Kinnan technically a consultant? I seem to remember the designation important because it meant he wasn't officially a coach, couldn't recruit, etc.

Even with the name coaching hires FAU and FIU are still in a G5 conference that has far less visibility and notoriety than USF.   They may get a kid or two a year we're interested in but it won't be on the high end of our class.  Unless they start having some big time seasons i don't see there being much change in how many battles we win or lose to FIU/FAU.
