The people at UA put a lot of planning on their own and then coordinate with USF.  I'm sure it will look good no matter that they go with. Think the student athletes have a final say.

I don't think the students have a say for this game, particularly if it was planned well in advance.

Pretty sure the marketing dept, along with the players, get a say in final decisions - at least that was what we were told when taking the UA tour before the Navy game last year.
