I had the same take. CBS College Sports just picked up the USF @ SMU game so sure, we are ranked.

Wouldn't be surprised if Dodd drops us next week even if we win.

If I remember correctly, Dodd was the first writer to rank us in the top 25, way back when. I believe that was the year we went 9-2 and didn't go to a bowl game, because we weren't yet in C-USA and our bowl bid to Hawaii was conditional on the outcome of the ECU and Cincy game. We ended up on the short end of the stick.

That was my thought. Mighty big coincidence this happens when they are broadcasting us.
