Was it robo-goat? I thought the very first one was like python815's avatar (above)

No, it was definitely the robo-goat. The hunched bull wasn't utilized as a logo in 1997.

I think this guy is a little behind on recent USF changes, but the history is there.

Pretty nifty website, lots of knowledge and history to be read. Thanks!

Alright, you're #3 and you're right for football but Apis is the one that figured out my confusion. Promo helmets did have that logo, and I still have 97 school gear with the Brahma logo.

Pretty sure THIS logo never appeared on a football helmet, unless SG put a sticker on one when trying to launch football in the 70's. This would be the ultimate throwback. For the story on where it came from, and why we're the Bulls, click the link. Jack Boyd was getting kicked out of UF and USF let him come in. The rest is hostory

This was the only "Brahman" logo that I recall us ever having on a helmet.  Looks like a rush job, too.viewcontent

OK, I get Lee Roy Selmon, Betty Castor and Paul Griffin. Who are the other two?

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
