So glad to hear everyone is OK. We've been watching in the UK fearing the worst after Haiti.

Back to the original question.....

"Due to weather conditions, the start of the Homecoming Carnival has been delayed until 4 p.m.  It was originally scheduled to start at noon.   All other Homecoming events, including the Running of the Bulls Parade, will take place as scheduled."

Officially disrupted.

Since I'm not a betting man what are the odds when something is 100% a sure thing?

Thinking back to my Statistics class I would say the answer is "after it has occurred".

Isn't happening since they'd have to pay all college football players somehow and they don't have a union rep like the NFLPA.

Trivia note. I set the Sarasota campus curve in statistics 2 our first test, with a 76. It was a taped class of the Tampa class with a TA.  The professor, some big shot they lured to USF from UF, was livid about the scores school wide the next class. Pretty sure when an entire school fails your test it's you, lol.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
