It was a terrible pass, deflected or not.  Bad passes get receivers injured, true fact.  QF went 4 of 12 today and still people are pretending he isn't inaccurate.  Facts are facts.

So...the deflection had nothing to do with the inaccuracy of the pass?  It was just terrible, regardless of deflection.  Ok then.  Blame away with your relentless flawed logic.  God forbid anything should impede your narrative.

I love Tice against AAC talent, I screamed when he was in the game today. He's not strong enough to run over their front 7 and not fast enough to outrun any front 7.

That is very sad. I was watching the broadcast, the announcers mentioned that he was an ultimate locker room guy, a selfless player. May he have  a speedy and complete recovery.

I'm 90% sure an FSU defender got a finger on the ball and deflected it a bit.  Rewound it and watched in slow mo a few times.

Just bad luck.  Don't try and pin this on QF...you can bet Tice isn't.

You had to watch on slow motion, and you aren't even sure the pass was deflected.  Yet somehow you think the deflection was enough to cause it to be that far off target.  What gives you so much confidence?  The fact that QF's other throw were all so perfect?

Downside is that Mack never came back into the game after his head injury, so I think we're going to have to burn a redshirt on a RB.

I think he got poked in the eye, so hopefully just didn't put him back, given the game was out of hand at the time.

It was a bad throw, but that he caught it says is wasn't too far off target.  Still, you could see him adjust for the ball, and stab that foot.

Not sure he can get a medical redshirt (or a regular one, as I think it's just his 4th season), but hopefully he can.

  • The student-athlete must suffer the injury during one of their four seasons of college competition or during the senior year of high school.
  • The injury must be incapacitating. That means it must be a season-ending injury.
  • The injury must occur prior to the start of the second half of the season.
  • The student-athlete must not have competed in more than 30% of the season or three contests, whichever is greater.
