It's your resident poultry here, now celebrating my ninth season as a Bulls fan from the other corner of the country.

Congrats on the win over Towson. Many of you probably know that their QB, Morgan Mahalak, is a former Duck. He couldn't crack the 2-deep at Oregon, and from his numbers, it doesn't look like he was too impressive against USF either. As for the uniforms, don't be calling those things "the Oregon look." The Ducks don't do rainbow blends, and although I don't think they're too bad, the "base layer" thing was pretty atrocious.

I must say I'm a little torn on the AAC this year. My only connection to USF is the 2007 Sun Bowl (when I first started lurking on this board) but I always found it easy to hate UCF, mostly because of O'Leary I guess. Now they have our former OC, who I think is a great coach, they've definitely upped their uniform game, and they're the Knights (Uncle Phil, you know). Nevertheless, I bought into the Magical Bulls long ago, so FUCF!

Anyway, good luck on your season. I think y'all can win the league, and I'll be watching on the few occasions that a USF game is broadcast up here in South Alaska.

And oh yeah, Go Ducks!

Mahalak wasn't that bad considering that was his first start since HS. I think he will be pretty good for Towson.

+1 on the electric undershirt skirts, but if the kids like 'em, meh. Looking forward to getting back to that 2007 level, but for now some of us are just happy to have bowl games again!
