Not anymore, iirc.  I believe @Bear is responsible for smazza being WAYYY over par at this point in time.

Every board needs a few trolls, it is good for humor. I don't consider Smaza a troll, he does love the university and does post positive comments.

I doubt that.  I think trolling was an on-the-fly decision he made once the downvotes started rolling in.  He's thinking, why fight it?
