To be clear I can't imagine this being a loss - but who could have foresaw the debacle that was McNeese St.

If we loose this game Taggart's stuff should be waiting for him at the curb when he gets back to campus! The debacle he has put forward in all our 1-AA openers has been frankly inexcusable. I agree if it is convincing win we need to remember the competition and not go wild with expectation.

No, that's a good point, but if FAMU is up by 21 at the half, I want to see your face. We've mostly all succumbed to hype for this season to some degree. Another implosion to an FCS team in the first game would be like finding out your third attempt at marriage is doomed. The ensuing picture will not be pretty, just sayin.

This is not just any other game...  this is (A) the easiest game of the year; ( It's the big reveal for our grand new offensive and defensive schemes;  © this is our first real look at the new improved QF at QB.    

 

This game more than any other DOES indicate how the rest of the season will go...    

 

We should absolutely stomp these guys.  We better win by at least 3 TDs...  or it will be a long season.
