The fact that Wisconsin rescheduled instead of just sending up $100k is reason to hope the game might happen. I was sure it was Michigan State dead in the water. 

 

There is nothing wrong with going on the road first, but the contract must be set up to say that the return game happens or else ($2mil payout or something crazy) ... yes we can reschedule, but no you can't drop it.

At least by 2019 we should be good enough to beat Texas and Wisconsin. Our team full of "youngins" and Flowers, Woulard and Kean will be seniors and i assume playing to their potential by then

Historic note, UF never signed a deal to ever play a game in Tampa. USF and UF signed contracts for 2 games, both in Gainesville for a paycheck for USF. one of those games has been played, the second is in perpetual postponement (both schools have postponed the game at least once).

 

USF has take cash deals against:

Notre Dame

Auburn

Kentucky

Arkansas

San Diego State

Penn State

Oklahoma

South Carolina

(I bet there is 1 or 2 more, I didn't look this up, just from my memory)
