Loss, 6-4.  This one hurts.  It could have set the tone for the weekend, now we gotta fight just to even it.  McClanahan goes tomorrow making his first ever road start.

Sounded like a little home cooking to get this one safely into the books....

We left 12 on base to their 5.  Up 3-0 in the 6th we left a runner on third with less than two outs.  An inning later up 3-1, Stunkel hits into an inning ending DP with the bases loaded.  Two huge runs right there.  And then that big Tulane inning with 3 infield hits.  Hopefully we come back strong tomorrow.

Lawd. I know it's just one game but that's so USF. Tear it up out-of-conference and then face plant when the meaningful games start.

In conference play at away games we just need to win the series if 3 games or tie if 2.  It's hard to sweep away games in conference play.  It's a long season, but we have to dominate at home games, including at UCF.

Never quite figured out home/away advantage/disadvantage in baseball.  You get 27 outs to try to score.  Outside of FSU we didn't beat a ton of great teams.  I'm still going with what coach said - we'll be better this year but should make the tournament next year.
