If the event Boise St loses, (which is highly unlikely), which of the potential American Conference Co-Champions of Cincy, UCF, or Memphis should represent the league in the Access Bowl? Note: Screw Marshall and all Wayne's World references lol.

Has to be Memphis, they whipped up on Cincy  but did not play UCF.   UCF avoided both Cincy and Memphis this year on the schedule.
