Come on man Harlan has proven to be a good AD and he didn't hire Taggart. I'm sure he will look at all options and decide what is best for the program. Whatever it is you and others will have to live

Hopefully that's AD speak for "We're exploring other options but worst case scenario he's out next year unless there's a major turnaround."

I'm going to go out on a limb and say he is being 100% up front on this.

What I guess we were not planning on it this year!!!!

Even if we did reach six wins, how many USF fans would actually pay good money to go watch us rack up 5 rushing yards while getting drubbed by anyone that we'd possibly get matched up against? More importantly, what bowl would want us in the first place? We'd be guaranteed to drag down the appeal of any bowl game unfortunate enough to get stuck with us.

IMO a bowl game next year doesn't mean squat unless we miraculously see an offense that works the way it was designed to. We were nowhere closer to that this year. If we make a bowl with this offense, it just means we got a few more lucky breaks. I'm tired of celebrating first downs like they were TDs.

If Taggart stays another year, there needs to be marked improvement. Limping into a bowl game doesn't show that. The comments from Taggart seem to show the loser mentality that we've been trying to get away from. It says we're not aiming to field a competitive, entertaining team, we're just hoping to do enough to win six games so it looks like we improved on paper.

I'm renewing my tickets next year regardless of who the coach is. That's only because I have to and I'll be damned if they get one extra cent out of me on top of that. If I could suspend my tickets rather than cancel, I would. I'm only keeping them since we've been going since day 1 and I have the hope that one day my daughter will be able to have the same kind of USF football experience that made me and the missus fall in love with the program.

No more gimmicks, Willie. No more cheesy commercials, uniform changes, hype man clown shows, 30 for 30 none sense, etc. Win some **** games!

If so, it's probably only because he's been working the phones, and there's no better option available

If we can afford it, he will be fired. I'm just not sure we can afford it.

 

LOL at people that don't think Muschamp and Schiano would be more than a huge step up from what we have.

 

 

the bulls fans arent  very sophisticated yet

 

most want leavitt to return(another coach that didnt win a thing)

 

usf fans get infatuated with their coaches

 

i hear usf has no money but cwt has 20 people on payroll---i would make him fire 25% and hire a new oc and let him take over the o or mr t would be fired

that is his goal?   a 6 win season

 

i will have faith if he brings in 2 more qbs and white never starts another game
