White looked like a quarterback last night.

Every throw and decision was the right one.

Is this what Taggart and company have been seeing at practice?

Probably which is why I don't buy all the "can't evaluate talent" stuff. Didn't the guy play QB? I am sure he is putting his best option on the field which happens to be green at the moment.

You have to think so...and despite the conditions. He just needed time in the pocket. Some very good throws last night, and solid decision making.

He's still staring down his primary receiver way too much, but it was great to see him get some time in the pocket from his o-line. I just want to see progress out of this kid.

Yep, somewhere a Wiscy safety is licking his chops.

But not to take away from White, he did great with game management, decisions, and even accuracy. If he throws like that in dry conditions, and if our O line does that well against the rest of the competition, we'll be respectable this year.
