I would be surprised if the honored it. It's part of the problem with the current system. But along with everyone else, wish him only the best.

Scary stuff, and likely related to playing football.  I'd be stunned if his senior year isn't under schollie.  As note above, he's likely already registered for classes and schollie funds applied (my soph daughter is locked in, so I'm guessing other kids are similar).

I believe I read Mitchell Wright a rFR LB with career ending neck problems will remain on scholarship, and is working with the video crew now...So if the school is willing to pay for him...I'm sure Pierre is taken care of

Sad to hear about the injury, but great move by the staff to keep him on the sidelines. He will be a great mentor and coach to the young ones.
