Collectively, we've made a mockery out of simply hiring a head MBB coach. I think we can get a top assistant from a successful program (doesn't even have to be a P5) for around 750K and then we're actually saving money when CSH's payoff is included. Tom Ostrom, Orlando Antigua, Dwayne Stephens, Mike Hopkins, Steve Wojciechowski, etc. Let's just stop this nonsense and get on with it! Anyone have any other recommendations?
