Thank you to President Genshaft and Director Mark Harlan for this wonderful opportunity. It is with great excitement and at the same time, great humility that I accept the position of men's basketball head coach at the University of South Florida.

I promise to run an uptempo offense that averages 80 points a game and play some hellacious, physical, suffocating full court defense. If I do not make the Final Four my first year, I'll take the money and run.

I also plan on meeting with Coach Willie Taggart and plan on brainstorming how we can improve the offense and defense so the same adjectives above can be used for our football counterparts as well.
