This is where I'm a little concerned. We are all thinking bball is on the same level of importance as football to the USF heads. I have no clue how much USF is willing to spend to get us a new coach. And don't forget the budget for assistants.

 

So when we say there's more competition, I'm fearful that we are not in the same market: you can't get a good car if you're only willing to spend motorcycle money.

 

I wish I knew how that firm advertises or reaches out possible candidates. I'd like to see what we are offering for the job.

In my experience at usf I have learned to not trust any hire usf makes, including this new ad.

I guess. But I'm of the opinion that if we were going hard after those guys we wouldn't need a search firm and there'd be no need to wait this long. One is unemployed and the other is on his couch.
