Looks like it's a done deal according to multiple sources, including ESPN. Also looks like Jeff Tedford will be OC, and on Twitter I'm seeing either Leslie Frazier or Rod Marinelli will be DC. No GM hired yet but plenty of names that have history with Lovie or the Bucs being mentioned.

I'm excited, first coach we have had with credibility since Gruden. Hoping this will turn the franchise around.

Agreed, but even Dungy has congratulated him for it.  Can't imagine it's not in place given that, and other former Bucs that are publicly congratulating him.

you're so out of touch with the nfl it's laughable. you're either trolling or just ignorant.

 

homerun hire, putting together a great staff, bucs are really turning it around after two straight duds. 

 

really wish miami would've been in the running, but since TBs struggles at the beginning of the year, i assumed this is what would happen.
