If he gets this program on the right track and he jumps to a higher profile program or a bigger job it is not greed.

Who is to say what is greed. Nothing wrong with improving one's lot in life.

I believe Taggart is telling the truth when he said that this is his dream job.... 

 

This is a perfect situation (minus our current talent)...
