They are right, this program has badly underachieved and its unacceptable.

UCF is also in the Misery Index.... but I think they confused them with us again... article says the program was founded in 1996.

Bulls hold down the top two spots.

 

A year later, losing to Ball State doesn't look so shocking.  They are a pretty darn good team.
