Doesn't seem to be and the video says that Bielema capped the meals at $100 per and the Pete Carroll back at USC would spend tons only to have the school eventually cap it at $75 per. The report also mentions Arkansas doing a great job at rallying the fan base at some place called the catfish hole and fans cheer on recruits. With that said, is there something like this going on for USF that we don't know about? With Dalvin Cook coming in on an official, one would think the coaches would want to take him to a restaurant conveniently packed with Bull fans.
