I dont think it is calling people out. It is not like they are showing the whole world who they have emailled. The email is between the ticket holder and USF. If that is going to hurt peoples feelings then they have thin skin. Lord help them when someone tells them something objective. I am glad USF is being more proactive. Heck,  I hope they do that to the basketball season ticket holders too as they have not shown up for decades. They need to check to see if those people are still alive. Another suggestion that USF could do is ask those that wont show up with season tickets donate them to a charity or something. Just dont let them go to waste. USF is doing a good thing whether you like it or not. GO BULLS!!!

I have not been able to make some of the games and have had a hard time finding people to use my tickets. I feel like I need to attach a $20 to each of them to incent people to take them and use them. Been pretty tough this year..

Want people to attend, win some games that you should win. Weak product equals less consumers.

Ever post them on here? Craigslist? Want my phone number?

how difficult is it to hit send? it's actually a great way to market the team and like I said they sent me one thanking me for going to the game. mine was very polite and said that if I had any needs to contact my ticket rep.

It could be something as simple as a "Sorry we missed you, Hope you can make it to the next one"  just something to let fans know that the place they gave their money to is actually wanting them to get value out of their tickets.

nothing

wrong with that
