These people don't even understand percentages. We learned them in what 4th grade? If there was 100 votes and we had 97 of them...obviously capital one rigged it in USF's favor.

I saw that comment as well and laughed about it.  I felt like giving him/her a lesson in basic math... but then realized it would probably take several back and forths of several paragraphs each for him/her to somewhat comprehend.
