winning the conference title straight-up,

Did you win it like you traded your van for a moped?

You can fill your own stadium 6 times for 1 year. You just can't fill some other stadium for your big boy game. Nor could you fill your own stadium for most of its existence. Or did your coach not publicly beg people to come to games?

Kudos on giving back 10,000 tickets though and congrats on still having a smaller student section than we do.

A great pro career is nice, but it's how well he can coach that matters.   George O'Leary didn't letter in football in college, but his college coaching record is better than average.

I think Coach Strickland will do a great job of recruiting and teaching these kids what to do and not to do on/off the court.

Based on what??

Based on what he thinks. Kinda like you think GOL is something more than the rollercoaster ride his record tends to show. His last couple of years have been good, but maybe you should have used another coaching example. ;)

O'Leery's record is better than that of all USF head football coaches combined.  I didn't say his record was great, just better than average.

Why would you combine them?

CJL's record: 95-57

GOL's record: 112-88

nope.

I thought his resume said he was an All-American at Notre Dame? Well, at least he got the degree he said he had...oh, wait...

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
