He's had fun with destroying Leavitt and USF for years.  He won.  He has some issues though.

What did the OP mean? What did you mean by "he won"? Seems like he was getting undue credit, IMO.

Oh, maybe, I look at the OP as providing some good hyperbole.  I think we know it's not "killed", because it is still limping along, barely.  :)

 

He won the battle with Leavitt, in their spat, is what I meant.  

 

Most know that I hold Woolard accountable for the state of the program - it is his pay grade.
