Not sure if an employee fired from a state school can be hired back for any state job in Florida.

Fire the AD and bring Jim back

Not sure if an employee fired from a state school can be hired back for any state job in Florida.

The agreement when USF settled with Leavitt was that he could not apply for a position at USF, and if he did, they can decline without further action.

It's not quite the "never step foot on campus" nonsense you hear on the interwebs from some of the loons.

USF divorced themselves from Jim Leavitt, tossing away the most successful era in the program.

Programs can turn around quickly. Unfortunately early success has spoiled the fanbase and think its normal.   See FIU, FAU, GA State, WKU, etc etc
