I've got a beef clod about to hit the wood smoker. Flip it over to the vertical smoker at 3:00 am... Been waiting for this

I just want to make sure; Can bars broadcast ESPN3?

They technically can if they have internet at their location plus a computer or Xbox hooked up to a TV.  As far as broadcast rights?  Not sure.  You need a cable subscription that includes ESPN to tune in most of the channels on WatchESPN, so that would indicate that if they pay for ESPN via their cable provider, then they should be able to show games on ESPN3.
