It seems like they expect the former but want to make sure.

Yes, but I'm sure that they are making sure that there isn't anything pathological going on and not just due to a secondary issue. Hopefully, he'll just be told to drink more fluid before and during practice and that'll be the end of it.

Don't know why I typed 970. I like hearing our defense is making it tough on our offense. Sound like the old days. Love your optimism Brad. I'm thinking the opposite when I read that. Our O is making the D look good.

D is ahead of O early in camp. Its like clockwork. That said... I think we see big improvements on D this year.

Our O is making the D look good. From Greg's article,Taggart: Turnovers are a welcome sight: In past years, USF coach Skip Holtz would have mixed emotions about seeing turnovers in practice, knowing that while his defense was creating them, at the same time, his offense was giving them up. After a season in which USF's defense had just nine takeaways in 12 games, Willie Taggart has no such apprehension, so he was pleased to see as many as five interceptions in Sunday's evening practice in Vero Beach. "It was a really good practice last night. Better for the defense than the offense, but it was really good, a lot of turnovers. It was great," Taggart said by phone from Vero Beach, where the team is training this week. "I tell you what's good about it: They're not pass breakups. They're interceptions. They're turnovers. That's something we've been preaching to our guys. We don't want to knock the ball down. We want the ball." Taggart doesn't want turnovers on offense, but he said it hasn't been just one person throwing interceptions, so he's taking it as a positive. Defensive end Julius Forte had an interception, continuing a strong week, and freshman Jalen Spencer had another.
