Bulls with college kids: are they attending USF?

My son wants to row in college for UPenn, his grandfathers alma mater.  He has FL prepaid so unless he gets a scholarship, he will be attending a university in Florida.  I'm alright with any except UCF.

I have a 5 y/o son and a 3 y/o daughter. The first words they both spelled were S-O-U-T-H-F-L-O-R-I-D-A. Both knew how to throw the horn signs up by 2 and they both tell others with bulls gear on GO BULLS everywhere we go. Yeah, green and gold pulse through their veins. My sons room is USF including his piggy bank. Too bad I am too lazy to paint the room.
