Did you try clearing your history?  I think that's the only way you can clear your cache on Safari.  Try doing it through the Settings app, clear cookies and data, along with history (two separate buttons).  

 

Mine seems to be ok now.  

 

Edit:  just kidding, still doing it after clearing cookies and data, along with history.

I tried doing that and still no luck. So if anyone has figured out an iPad solution, feel free to pass it along.

Just got home to the iPad.... reset everything and it's still there...
