Welcome to double-header weekend. Pretty much the entire conference will play a double-header.

 

USF is at Seton Hall and has already started game one as of this post. Seton Hall is 30-16 (13-5), has an RPI of #42, and is currently on a 9 game winning streak (tied for 3rd longest active in the nation) although its been against very weak teams. This is certainly the series of the weekend in the Big East because of its impact on the pennant race.  Good opportunity for USF to build its resume to rack up road wins against at top 50 team (both categories that are weak on our resume).

Yep, could have been more, but Ramsey got picked off at 2nd. This team sometimes doesn't do itself any favors.

 

Anyhow, 1-0 USF after getting out of a jam in the bottom of the 6th. Slim Jim pitching well today (again).

 

Need to finish this one off strong.
