Coach Cooper's son. 2 star WR according to Rivals. Offer list is not amazing but is a smart kid (offers from Harvard and Columbia)

He's not a scholarship player at USF (on paper).  If dad wants to pay to have him walk-on then great, but he should go to an ivy league school if he's got offers.  Case closed.

Ivy league is great, but he may want to coach after grad like his father.  He could become a branch on that Taggart tree and a descendant of the Harbaugh tree.
